The Headsaver 102 Series shall be used as a component of a flexible device to install ½" (15/21) and ¾" (20/27) inlet sprinklers.
The pipe from the lateral line to the swing assembly shall be 18 inches of flex pvc or k-flex. The tubing shall have a minimum wall thickness of 0.125".
The swing assembly shall be made of the following materials:
½" socket X ½" fipt - Sch. 40 PVC
½" mipt X ½" mipt - High Density Polyethylene
½" fipt X ½" or ¾" mipt - Sch. 40 ABS
Each swing assembly shall be capable of pressure testing at a rate of 150 pounds per square inch (psi) per second to a minimum burst pressure of 240 psi (16,5 Bars). The ½" and ¾" swing assemblies shall be capable of 14 gallons per minute (gpm) maximum (0.90 liters per second).
